Holiday Home 'Urlaub Tiny Hausboot Tystnaden' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Tiny houseboat with wood-burning stove and roof terrace, built on site in 2023 according to ecological standards with local wood, perfect for a special vacation right on the water. Kitchenette, shower room, a bed on the mezzanine and a fold-out sofa bed are on board. Suitable for 2-4 people. WLAN is available free of charge.



This tiny houseboat called TYSTNADEN was launched in early 2023. It has an open-plan living area measuring 18 square meters in total. The higher sleeping level, which can be reached via a ladder, is 5 square meters in size. We built this houseboat according to ecological standards for Sinje, the owner of the houseboat, and now rent it out on her behalf. "Tystnaden" means "stillness" or "silence"; this houseboat is a wonderful place to take a break.



Inside, there is a 1.40 m wide sofa bed, a dining area and a large, cozy mattress on the sleeping level. The kitchenette has a sink, 2-plate induction hob and fridge, and is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals on board.The bathroom has a full-size shower and a modern, environmentally friendly separate toilet. There are floor-to-ceiling windows and doors through which you can look out over the water. At the front of the living area is the terrace, from where you can also access the roof terrace via a ladder. On cold days, the wood-burning stove and underfloor heating ensure pleasantly warm temperatures.



Our houseboats are located in the Diamantgraben, a short branch of the Elbe in the south of Hamburg. When the weather is nice, a pleasure boat or canoe will pass by and you might even spot a water bird or two.



On this tiny houseboat, you can let the sun shine on your belly, have deep conversations on balmy summer evenings, enjoy being in silence, pop champagne corks while laughing - simply experience something completely different, a special vacation, a little break from everyday life. You can also go swimming right on site.
