Clean, tidy, but nothing special.

Hotel was clean and presentable. I had requested a double bed, but it was not provided. There was no hot water on the second morning, which was not great! Breakfast was a buffet and fine.

The air conditioner on 11th floor was bringing cigarette smoke from other room into mine. I had to change my room at midnight and got a twin bed instead of double bed. The bed was bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.
