Schöne Wohnung, super Lage

Langes Wochenende in Hamburg

Drei Tage Hamburg. Das Appartement „Barakke“ war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Ruhige Lage, BĂ€cker gegenĂŒber, Supermarkt um die Ecke. FußlĂ€ufig zur Schanze und den Rest haben wir mit dem StadtRAD erkundet. Parkstadion auch direkt gegenĂŒber. Zwischendurch das geschmackvolle und gut ausgestattete Appartement genossen. Wir haben es sehr genossen, wĂ€hrend unseres Kurzurlaubes in Hamburg in der Ferienwohnung Barkasse zu wohnen. Sehr sauber, gemĂŒtlich und gute Ausstattung. Tolle Lage - sehr ruhig und doch zentral, fußlĂ€ufig zur S-Bahn und direkt gegenĂŒber ein Cafe zum FrĂŒhstĂŒcken. Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.

Schöne gemĂŒtliche Wohnung in guter Lage

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen, unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Der selbststĂ€ndige Check-In ist sehr praktisch. Sie ist sehr sauber und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man fĂŒr den Aufenthalt so braucht, inklusive einer voll eingerichten KĂŒche, sogar mit SpĂŒlmaschine und Mikrowelle! Da wir Silvester in der Ferienwohnung verbracht haben, waren die vorhandenen SektglĂ€ser besonders praktisch. FĂŒr 6 Personen fĂ€nden wir die Wohnung allerdings etwas zu klein. Ein Wohnzimmer mit einem großen Esstisch zu haben war sehr angenehm, die Couch war okay. Leider ist die Wohnung — typisch Altbau — sehr hellhörig, sodass man frĂŒh morgens die bereits wachen Bewohner der Wohnung oben drĂŒber deutlich hören konnte. Etwas verwirrend waren die doppelten W-LANs sowie die "Wechselschaltung" der Flurlampe, die man immer nur an dem Lichtschalter einschalten kann, an dem man sie ausgeschaltet hat. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich toll, man ist schnell an Öffis-Stationen und erreicht fußlĂ€ufig GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs. Die Kommunikation mit Nina war sehr angenehm, wir haben immer zeitnah eine hilfreiche Antwort bekommen.

Great setting off the beaten path, but walkable and public transportation is close by. Quiet area with a fantastic bakery on the corner. So many restaurants within walking distance. Short taxi to downtown and waterfront.

Loved our stay

Large, comfortable flat with lots of light on a quiet street with easy access to restaurants, bars, and transportation. You can also walk to city center if you want the exercise, otherwise the trains run very regularly. There is a corner bakery selling coffee and fresh breads just across the way, and at least two large groceries within a few blocks. We enjoyed our stay.

I came to Hamburg for a conference and a few days after and this was an excellent stay! Wonderful location and neighborhood - beautifully quiet and serene, but still well connected to the city! The host was also responsive and helpful, facilities were well equipped and comfortable!

Tolle Altbauwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Eine rundum tolle Wohnung. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Hellhörig ja aber so ist Altbau. Hat uns nicht gestört. Mit 6 Erwachsenen wĂ€re es fĂŒr uns zu eng gewesen aber bis zu 4 Personen perfekt. KĂŒchenausstattung ist gut und ausreichend vorhanden so dass nicht jedesmal gespĂŒlt werden muss. Anschluss ÖPNV ist super. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.
