The Space:

The apartment is located in the sub-basement of the former Ebenezer Hospital, which is considered a cultural monument. The unit was rebuilt and renovated into a 3-room apartment. At approximately 123 m², it can accommodate up to 12 people. The spacious eat-in kitchen offers a large dining table, comfortable pull out sofas and a flat screen TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and ZattooLive TV function. The integrated kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove-oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. Despite the family-friendly and quiet location, you can reach the city center of Hamburg in only 20 minutes.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in Hamburgs district Barmbek-Süd. The Osterbek Canal, the old buildings in the Komponistenviertel and the proximity to the Alster and Stadtpark - Hamburg's former working-class district has many advantages



Getting Around:

The Friedrichsberg S Bahn train station (S1) and the U3 subway line are only a few minutes' walk from the apartment. With both lines you have a very good connection to the city center.
