Walking distance to Yale shuttle , Albertus Magnus and beautiful Edgerton Park. Private outdoor space surrounded by mature landscapes adds a quiet area to unwind and relax. A great place for large groups and families with all the amenities of a home away from home!

The Space:
Entrance foyer leads to a staircase on one side with French doors opening to a formal living room with fireplace, and on the other side French door leads into the dining room. Updated kitchen with brand new appliances, remodeled full bath on second floor. All rooms fully furnished with central heat and air conditioning and all necessary amenities. For those who bring work home there are desks and wireless internet. For at-home entertainment we provide short term guest ready smart TV’s.

Guest Access:
The entire house is for your enjoyment. The garage, supplies closets and utility rooms are not available for guest access.

Getting Around:
Yale is about 2-3 minutes drive. Two blocks away from Yale Shuttle (Blue and Yellow line), a free shuttle that will take you to Yale University and downtown New Haven where you can visit museums, restaurants, and shops. Five minute walk to Albertus Magnus College and its track, gym, pool, tennis. It’s 7 minutes drive to Southern Connecticut University, 15 minutes drive to University of New Haven.

Hand sanitizer and antibacterial products are provided at property entry points and key areas; we also encourage you to bring your own personal supply of sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer.

The check-in and check-out process are contactless; we will send the key code for self check-in a day prior to your stay.
c) Training for housekeeping professionals
Housekeeping staff trained around enhanced cleaning procedures, focusing on high-touch surfaces like door handles, light switches and furniture.

You will have your privacy, but if you need us we live close by and are available by text, email or phone.
