I truly appreciated that one of the art pieces used in the room brought the best representation of Norfolk County and its agricultural history and foundation! Having been born in Tillsonburg, raised seasonally on the tobacco farm working the fields throughout my childhood brought back memories. A great way to represent Norfolk County to visitors throughout the world, it’s a beautiful place and deserves recognition. The room was very cozy, inviting from the time I arrived to the end of my stay. I ended up having to extend my visit therefore I was going out for a medical appointment one day and had a family member care for my pets, I notified housekeepers in hallway and asked if I could get room service as I was stepping out and my two small dogs would be out and about. They were kind, friendly and ensured me that it was no trouble. Upon arriving back the room was freshly cleaned and stocked up again. I couldn’t have asked for better service than I had received from all staff working except for one older gentleman who worked afternoons in the middle of the week days. He just seemed as if he truly didn’t want to be bothered or working but the income is sufficient. I think when you feel this way about your job, it may be worth finding something else that you might enjoy doing to offer a better service and a joyful atmosphere for yourself. Beds are comfortable and warm. I had the queen size bed with a love seat on ground floor with a patio door. Enjoyed this and worth $ extra

Lots of space. Some rooms are carpeted and some have hardwood floors on the main floor rooms available that have walkout balcony doors on main level. They have two floors but no elevator
Nice and clean. They provide bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion all connected to the wall. I like the idea that they have height adjustable hand held shower head. Plenty of hot water
Lots of space, even work space for your laptop computer, comfortable adjustable desk chair and lots of plugs on and around desk, nightstand.
