Super comfy beds and pillows. Bedding and towels luxurious. Very, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, convenient for shops. There was a nice pool and jacuzzi but we didn't use them but good to know.

Probably the only suggestion is upgrade your technology, Old very small televisions with sky sports, Id rather a larger smart tv I can go to my own apps these days.

Great stay, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, spacious, and clean - great value for the price. There’s also a supermarket and pub across the road, and a shopping centre about a 15 minute walk away, very convenient.

The onsite parking was super convenient, and we were able to walk to a variety of restaurants, shops, the Waikato Museum, and the Waikato riverwalk directly from the hotel. The staff were all helpful and kind. We didn't use the pool because we visited during the winter, but it looked like a great spot for warmer weather. The only downside for us was the volume of traffic into the night, as our room faced the Victoria Street intersection.
