We had a nice stay overall. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the location is lovely — perfect for a walk along the lake. However, it’s extremely noisy because the hotel is right next to the highway, which made it really hard to sleep. Despite that, we still give it five stars for the service and atmosphere.

Bed bugs in 1st room. They offered a refund and said they were full. Whole area was sold out so we just waited. After 20 minutes they called their manager and found a room for us. Breakfast was good. Otherwise uneventful, staff were nice but the breakfast lady was glaring at people making a mess of the waffle maker. Going to have to strip before going home so we don't bring any bugs into our home.

We were vendors at the Maidens of the Mist Renn Faire for the weekend, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room was beautiful, clean and modern. Breakfast was ok. Lovely to be able to walk along the water, so close to the hotel. As well, there were LOTS of wonderful places to eat within walking distance!

Easy access on and off the highway. Lots of parking on site. Great area to go walking about. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our room was so clean and the bed was amazing.

Initial impression was not good at all. Front desk not able to answer our question about restaurants in the area which I would expect they should be able to do that. However the worst part was what we saw in our room we were given. When we entered the room it was very cold, smelly and the bed had a huge stain on it. Picture included. We immediately left the room and headed back to the front desk where we were given another room. The 2nd room was good and seemed clean but unfortunately that first impression really turned us off. I stayed at a Quality Inn last year in Victoria,BC and had an awful experience there as well. However, it looked like the reviews for this one were quite good so I took another chance but never again. The experience here made my skin crawl- i don’t know how it is possible to leave a room looking like that for guests arriving!
