Where do I start? do not stay here. Rude front desk staff especially Mark. Wouldn’t take my credit card took $50 off my debit which I still don’t have back. Bad smells, not clean uncomfortable beds pillows should be in the garbage no light in the bathroom…I could go on. Will be looking for a full refund.

Nice stay

The first room was too warm for us so the service desk assigned us a different room. It was better and they also provided us with fans to ensure we had comfort. We had a good stay and the lady at checkout took pics for us on the beautiful staircase.

Uncomfortable, tired and drab hotel.

Big room. Drab. Musty smell in halls. Could not cool room down. Wallpaper peeling. Clearly needs paint, new carpets, a renovation. Restaurant not open for breakfast.

Our first room was way too hot. I was sweating within (10) minutes of arriving. The temperature could not be adjusted. The staff was nice enough to relocate us to another room. Unfortunately the hot water was out that night and the next morning. We booked a room with a jetted tub, but did not use it because of not having hot water.

They definitely need to upgrade the “air conditioning” system! There was no real air conditioning. Other than that….Not a bad hotel for the price. Our first room tho was WAY TOO HOT (6th floor.) But the amazing front desk attendant was so kind and gave us a MUCH cooler room with a hot tub in our bathroom right next to the pool. It was great!
