Yasmine Hammamet is a small seaside resort adjoining the city of Hammamet, jewel of Tunisian and Mediterranean tourism, and 70 km from Tunis.

The bedroom of the apartment has a terrace with a table and two chairs, while a long and panoramic terrace runs alongside the other two rooms and contains rattan tables and chairs.
The rooms are soundproofed, in an integrated and independent way (a Hi-Fi system which controls the speakers of the bedroom of the apartment and its bathroom and a second Hi-fi system which sounds the two other rooms)
The second floor has a hall which opens onto the sauna room including the sauna, a shower cabin and a sink, and onto a large and magnificent upper terrace with a magnificent panoramic view. This terrace also includes a barbecue, long faience benches, a table with its large parasol and chairs.
Note that the whole house is heated (central heating) and air conditioned (Split air conditioners in all rooms).
Parking in front of the house is easy and available and the neighborhood is very friendly.
Please note that excursion and other activity programs can be organized at the request of tenants for a fee.
All sports activities are available and close to the residence (Golf, tennis, gyms ...). Beach sports are also available on Yasmine Hammamet beach.
Cultural activities and in particular the magnificent Hammamet festival, over 50 years old, are also present in the city of Hammamet, a few kilometers from Yasmine Hammamet.
Finally, it should be noted that the tenants will be picked up at the arrival airport (Tunis-Carthage Airport in Tunis or Enfidha Airport, 20 kilometers south of Yasmine Hammamet) and transferred to the house. The return transfer will also be provided. Both transfers are free.
The caretaker's services (security, cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden, possible shopping) are included in the rental costs.
The organization of excursions or outings is chargeable, and on request, and after proposals from the owner.

The house insurance (theft, fire) is the responsibility of the owner. Individual insurance (domestic accidents or sickness) is the responsibility of the tenants and optional.
