had to park far away since they were repaving their lot. Wrong room was assigned initially and had to wait 30 mins for them to figure it out. Room was dirty and had to ask for clean towels. Received a call from front desk at 10:40pm regarding payment, even though card was on file and I had checked in at the front desk upon arrival. All very frustrating

The floors throughout the whole hotel were filthy. Looks like they did do some painting, but overall not great value for the money.

All in all it was a good stay. Only issue was my door wouldn’t lock when I told them at 9 am and called around 5pm they hadn’t fixed it yet. But they did end up fixing it. Other than that everything was good

Indoor pool is great to have. They have a big room for parties like sweet 16 or quinceniera with big tables. Looks very nice. Small excercise room could be better. Rooms have small fridge and microwave also. Bathrooms are small but clean.
