BEWARE: Live large roaches in unit. This is an unkept roach hotel.
Upon entering my unit I was greeted with the following:
- Massive, gross stains all over the carpeting.
- White stains all over the sofa.
- Large stain on the office chair.
- Blotchy orange stain on the bedsheet.
- Blood stains and hair on the towels.
Then this giant roach, see attached images, decided to make an appearance.
I immediately left and checked out of the hotel within 1 hour of arriving, documenting the issues with the front desk staff before leaving. Upon requesting a refund with the manager, including providing photos of all of these problems, the manager refused to offer any compensation despite multiple requests from both myself and the booking agency, and despite me being polite and courteous the entire time.
As you can see with other reviews, this is all a common issue with this hotel. I've stayed at well over 50 hotels from major brands over the past few months, and this was hands down the grossest, most unkept, and unprofessional place I've stayed at.
I would highly, highly recommend you pick a different option in the area.
