Beautiful Cozy Ocean Front Condo


Enjoy stunning unobstructed ocean views from this Charming, bright and cozy 1 bedroom, 1-bathroom beautiful beachfront condominium in a quiet well-maintained building. We offer weekly summer rentals and off-season rentals from October-May.

The kitchen and living room are an open floor plan, with hardwood floors, high vaulted ceilings, room darkening blinks. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need it has granite counters tops and stainless appliances, and an in- unit laundry.

The one spacious bedroom has a queen size bed with large a closet and built-in dresser drawer and a smart tv and nightstands. The bed has drawers with extra linens blankets and extra pillows in closet.

There is one fully equipped bathroom with stand-up shower. There is a linen closet fully stocked with bath and beach towels.

The living room has a pull-out full sleeper sofa, which can accommodate 2 people comfortably. There is a large flat screen television with cable. There is an electric fireplace for those chilly nights.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, glassware, silverware and coffee maker. Linens, bath towels and blankets are provided. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Central air conditioning system is present in all rooms. There is a Bose radio/cd player and Wi-Fi.

The private balcony seating is perfect to relax on after a day at the beach and people watch and enjoy the beautiful views of the ocean.

The unit is easily accessible by elevator and provides one onsite designate parking spot. Additional paid parking is available in the adjacent lot across the street.

Free nightly outdoor shows at the Seashell, Monday night movies on the beach, you will find major acts at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, there mini golf, fireworks every Wednesday, arcades, great food and memories for a lifetime.

Please note association policy no pets no exceptions. There is no smoking on the property.

Great condo!

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated and the location and view are both amazing. All of the furniture was very comfy including the bed and on the balcony. Dan and Kathie are great to work with, super responsive and so nice. Plenty of towels, dishes, pots, pans, etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this condo again!

Relaxing stay after baby shower

Booked the week for after sons baby shower. It was the most comfortable place to stay. I have been in other units in this building but this was the best. Comfortable furnishings, plenty of towels including beach towels. Owner had a booklet with any and all information needed about condo and area. Would without a doubt stay here again.

I hate to leave a review cause I don’t want to share this condo with anyone. However, I have say this condo is fantastic! Super clean, Decor is very nice. The location for us is perfect! The owners are extremely accommodating. It was perfect! This was our 2nd time renting from them and it won’t be our last!

Grandson Visit

We flew up for wedding and family visit. Cannot say enough about this condo. Pride of ownership for sure. Condo clean and fully stocked with basics if you want to cook or just have coffee or tea. OMG & wowza !

Perfect place, perfect weather; I can’t think of one thing that wasn’t above & beyond my expectations. I wanted to skip a review because I want this place all to myself, but that wouldn’t be fair to Dan & Kathie. Lots of things to do, even people watching from the balcony; had some great meals - easy to cook in the kitchen, or head out for just boardwalk food or for a fancier dinner. Pretty easy to not even move the car for the entire stay ! Hope to do a repeat next year - maybe even sooner.

Fun in the sun

The property was clean, modern, well furnished, and in a great location! Dan had a lot of nice touches when I arrived including a case of water, and a basket of toiletries /extras I may have forgotten. I'd definitely recommend this property!
