Step inside and feel the cool air provided by a portable air conditioning unit. The open kitchen is set up to take on everyone's meal preferences. Don't let the condo's size fool you - guests will enjoy access to a private washer/dryer and a shared gas grill during their stay. Each bedroom features a mounted flatscreen TV, so everyone can watch what they like. The furnished patio is a great spot to enjoy some fresh air while the sun goes down.

Security camera details: There are 4 camera on the exterior of the home. One camera is facing the driveway, 2 located in the front of the home faces the front yard and the remaining camera views parking space D & E. There is no camera view of the shared grill area or the 2 lawn chairs where guest would congregate.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours.
