Stay where the locals stay - North Beach! Right across the street from the ocean! Take about 20 steps across the main road and your feet are in the sand.

Located on the Coastline of North Beach in Hampton, New Hampshire. This motel room is about 280 square feet and is made to accommodate 2 people. It can sleep 4 if you bring your own blow-up mattress.

This motel room is equipped with a private bathroom, futon style couch, Queen size bed, kitchenette, Full size refrigerator, 43" HD Smart TV & silent mini split AC and heating.

About 2 miles from Hampton Beach, far enough away to escape the traffic but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. Bring your surfing gear as some of the best waves on the seacoast are at your front door.

*We do not provide beach towels, shampoo or conditioner* 1 parking spot per room. This is a motel building with 6 motel rooms. Not suitable for parties as there are other guests staying next door. Be respectful of the other guests. Quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. This room is pet friendly. Pet fee applies.

Cozy little spot exactly as advertised just across the street from the ocean. Thin walls but ear plugs supplied which was a nice touch. Loved our quick little stay and would recommend for the price.

Unit 4

I ended up not staying I really tried, but honestly I felt very uncomfortable. It was extremely loud it was clean but very sketchy for me to stay there alone. The location is very nice and by the water. But again bathroom door didn’t shut, it could use some things fix could really cute and nice. The walls are extremely thin you kinda feel like you hear everything. In the end my boyfriend said you’re not staying here and moved out on Friday night unfortunately.

Misleading advertising and dark lighting outside

This was a last minute stay for us. There was a mistake on a different reservation discovered last minute and so we came across this listing to sleep 4. It was a place to sleep on our way back to catch our flight out of Boston. The futon was very small and uncomfortable. Maybe it could have slept a child? The listing should not have been advertised that it slept 4. When the manager told us it may be small for us, there was no time for us to change the reservation. Manager was professional and pleasant to work with. When we arrived in the evening, we only had one blanket for the bed. He quickly provided instructions where we go outside to get the blanket in a storage shed for the futon and he apologized for the inconvenience. The lighting by the shed was dark and the lights were inadequate. My husband slipped on the last step. He was fine, but the lack of lighting made this unsafe. If this had been advertised accurately, it would have been fine. Presumably we wouldn’t have had to get the extra blanket from the shed and the lack of lighting in the back wouldn’t have been an issue.

The room was very nice, clean and well-kept. Definitely plenty of amenities; fully stocked kitchenette, very comfortable bed, awesome shower. Lacks room for clothes, but that's OK. My biggest issue was the lack of sound-proofing. They literally supply earplugs on the night stand because you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the adjoining rooms! The first night I was there I had the pleasure of listening to a druggie and her man fighting about why he wouldn't give her more and him asking what her MO was, with "n" being dropped every other word. Was expecting to have the paramedics there in the morning. Second night, the same room had new occupants that had a dog that would not stop yipping. I turned the fan on high on the A/C just to try and drown it out. Quiet hour at 11? Nope...and there is no contact number for the manager/owner to complain. Pity because I really liked the location and the room.

What a wonder place. I’d like to keep it my secret

Tyler thought of everything that you might have needed and maybe a few things you may have forgot yourself. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. As we enter I was impressed with the cleanliness and freshness feel of it all. It had a full size fridge, I could picture my husband and I coming back for a week or more in the summer. Can’t wait to go back.

Great Place away from the craziness of Hampton Beach Strip

This place was great! Manager was awesome. It was the perfect size for myself, my boyfriend, and my Maltese. Kitchen is just enough to prepare lunches for the beach. With a full size refrigerator, we had ample storage for food/drinks/ice. The beach is LITERALLY across the street. Highly recommended and we will go back.

I was disappointed. The property has a lot of potential but not until repairs and remodeling is done. Our unit was dirty and had a broken toilet. Left early. The owner was decent enough to refund us for the inconveniences.
