Steps away to the beach - Surf - Sun & Sand beach house

Experience Hampton Beach in this perfect 2-bedroom house -200 steps to the beach. Enjoy a spacious open concept fully renovated beach house. The space features a king bedroom with its own balcony, a Full/twin bunk bed, and a sofa bed, plus an additional space with a twin bed for extra comfort. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms and laundry. Whether you’re relaxing on the beach all day or enjoying all the activities Hampton Beach has to offer, this amazing home offers a nice balance of style, comfort and convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The property shares a driveway with two other units. There is one designated parking spot for this unit (see pictures for location). Unit 9A sits to the right of unit 7 and directly behind unit 9. There is a shared courtyard behind unit 9 which is where the entrance to 9A is located.

***Peak Season Rental Policy***

From mid-June through August this unit can only be rented on a weekly basis. Check-in is on Saturday at 4PM and checkout is at 11AM the following Saturday. The available weeks are listed below.

The place looked just as it was listed. It was clean and very organized! My family and I were only there for a one night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were in the area for a ceremony. Highly recommend this place as it very close to the beach. Will love to rent it again in the summer!

Our stay here was excellent. The home was modern and clean, welcoming with plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The location couldn't be better. Close enough to the beach to walk within minutes, yet also quiet street. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.
