The location is great. It's quiet and right across from the beach. The futon was more comfortable than expected and the Keurig and small fridge worked fine. This is essentially a small hotel room so no cooking facility except a microwave. We understood that from the listing so it was fine but there were no amenities at all for the kitchen. The can opener in the draw was filthy, there was almost no silverware and no plates or cups. We had to buy supplies. The cupboards and drawers were dirty inside and pretty much empty. no bowls or dishes. I made tuna salad in a paper cup. LOL!

Great location, across the road from the beach. Small, no kitchen (just a microwave, a mini-fridge and a Kuerig coffee maker- like a hotel room.) One Queen bed and a pull out trundle bed. Easy parking and a cozy neighborhood feeling. I liked that it was on ground level. Overall a fun place to stay.

The location was great! Super close to Hampton Beach and the boardwalk. The host was great and kindly came out late at night to let us in after we accidentally locked ourselves out! Would definitely go again. :)

I would not give a poor review over the front door (like a previous renter), however, the fact that after that review, you have not fixed the door makes me hold back from more 5 stars. It makes a big bang every time it closes. it was annoying

Perfect spot, Awesome host

Second time we stayed here. Location is unbeatable. Room is comfortable and has what you need for great beach stay. Host is responsive and really seems to care about guests and tries to make sure everything is right.

This was a perfect little spot for my wife and I and our young son. Its a small studio but its right across the street from the quieter north end of the beach, but still easily walkable to plenty of stores & restaurants. Its also right on the main ocean road that takes you on a beautiful drive up north along the coast. The host was very prompt and helpful in answering any questions I asked and overall the place has everything you need. The only things it doesn’t have are linens for the two beds, towels, or any real plates/bowls/utensils, so we had to bring all that stuff. It could be spruced up a bit and cleaned a little more thoroughly, however for what it is and being in such a good location for a good price that was of little concern as it is totally good enough for a fun beach weekend.

Hampton Beach Stay

The location is absolutely perfect for someone that just needs the basics while enjoying the beach & the excitement the "boardwalk" atmosphere. Never having been to the area before, it was a bit busy for us, although on the quieter end of the beach as explained by the owner, Shawn- Who,was extremely helpful with any questions or recommendations I asked of him.
