We had a great stay at this Beach House. We parked our car and walked to the beach, boardwalk and to a variety of restaurants. We really enjoyed the roof top deck for morning coffee and drinks at sunset. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the air conditioning kept the house comfortably cool.

Super convenient beach access

This place had amazing beach access. Kitchen had everything you could want and the deck offered an amazing view - we spent plenty of AM and evening time there. The neighbors are very close and a few of the other visitors were a bit more rambunctious than our group. Check in was easy despite our late arrival. House was very clean and comfortable with a few ver minor maintenance issues (closet doors closing fully/drain in bathroom slow) that can probably be addressed in the slower non-seasonal time.

Great vacation House

Beautiful home, great location. I would give this house and location 100 stars if I could. Jake ( the owner of the house) is a great attentive home owner. My family and I had the best time. The house is clean, updated, & perfect for any size family.

Location!!!

Great location for a weekend in Hampton Beach. Walking distance to Hampton Casino Ballroom. Nice rooftop deck with sunset views. Two couples stayed with plenty of room. Bring linens and pillows/towels. Host was very helpful and accessible. Host was able to let us in earlier in the day so we could park and use beach.

The house was conveniently located and was just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. The house was nicely decorated and comfortably fit 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The owner, responded to all questions in a timely manner and was great to work with!

Great location for partying at the beach!

Soooo it’s a great place and love the owner. He was super easy to contact it was clean, lots of space and had a lot of good amenities. We LOVED the distance to everything. Food and the beach and shopping weren’t far at all! A cute cafe isn’t too far that was perfect for breakfast. I say it’s good for partying because on the weekends you’ll hear the bar near by. If it was just the two of us with no kids I wouldn’t been there drinking and singing and walking back to the house to fall in bed around midnight. Unfortunately the kiddos were with us and we all had to get to bed at a little bit of an earlier time than the music. But it wasn’t terrible. The kids fell asleep. I was just busy enjoying the music and it was hard for me to get to sleep. 🙃 The bathtub could’ve been a little cleaner and there were some areas that I told the owner about that might need some attention but it sounds like he will fix them right away. The lights upstairs are mostly lamps but they are a little awkward to get to from the bed if you want to be in bed to turn them off. The queen bed seemed pretty small but we’re used to a king. Just a heads up the bunk bed is super squeaky. The deck is awesome!! Overall a great place to stay. We would just choose to come without kids next time.

Cozy beach cottage retreat

Spacious, clean and comfortable. We had as many as 10 of us through the week, room for us all. Loved the deck! So close to everything, beach, bars, restaurants, the boardwalk! Easily fit 3 cars. Thank you Jake, had a great time!

Area better suited for young families and young adults

Property was fine. Beach too crowded. Very congested area. Too many people. We were spoiled for years being RIGHT ON. Wells Beach ME for 27 years and appreciate the vast open and quiet beach/area. Just not for us. I’d say if you ware young and/or have young kids, it’s for you. If you’re looking for low key, peace and quiet, STAY AWAY!

Relaxing family vacation

Owners were very nice and easy to reach when needed. Checkin was smooth, home was comfortable and so convient to beach. My husband and I and our five kiddos fit great in the home! Well laid out, and awesome views of sunset over marsh. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach vacation!!

We had the best time at Jake’s place! We go every year to Hampton Beach and this by far was our favorite place! I cannot wait to go back next year! The location is the best you will get! Jake was so responsive and a wonderful host! Place was clean, updated and fit all of our needs. We had such a great time and cannot be more pleased!! Thank you again!!

Clean and great location

Great location, right off the main drag and two blocks from the beach. The house was very clean, updated and every room had an AC. We brought our two small children and enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were very loud neighbors on Saturday night and there was a post missing from the deck railing where our one year old could have fallen through. Other than that, great stay, responsive host, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun beach getaway.

2nd bedroom could have better beds and there is not bureau in the master just a tv stand with 2 little shelves. but all in all awesome week.
