The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast included made to order eggs and pancakes which my children enjoyed. They exchanged money for us at the front desk, allowed us to store our luggage and check in early (for fee of 500,000 dong). They offer travel assistance (can make bookings for you) and recommendations. The hair dryer in our room wasn’t working. The staff offered their own person hair dryer to me and the next morning delivered a hair dryer that they purchased. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend.

Amazing: room cleanliness, location, staff, breakfast. There are a lot of choices for places to stay in the old quarter - this one was just right for us. We stayed in the family room.
