Sulli/Jimmy/ Ba/Jenny and Alex. Staff..staff & staff that makes this property VERY UNIQUE. These people specially Sulli / Jimmy and the Gate staff are unbelievably great. They made our 1 night stay one of most memorable. Advice, help with Halong bay taxi booking, storage and conversations. I can't explain our ecstasy and can't comprehend what can we do make this staff which is a great reward for them being them.

Clean hotel in good location. You will be able to walk to many restaurants and tourist sites from the location. All staff speak English and the bed is very comfortable. I stayed here for a week while doing a day trip to visit Ninh Binh. Jimmi is the Manager and has a great team.

Excellent hotel with very pleasant staff. Excellent bed and generous breakfast. No complaints. We highly recommend this hotel which is also well located in the heart of Hanoi. The various sites are easily accessible on foot.

The hotel is wonderful. We are a family of 5 and had adjoining rooms. Situated in just the right spot in Hanoi for touring the city and walking around. Plenty to do just steps from the hotel. Breakfast was always yummy with varying options daily. Ask Anna in the dining room for restaurant recommendations and she will not disappoint. What makes this hotel a real gem is its phenomenal staff. Such wonderful service. Everyone from dining room staff to lobby staff to housekeeping were great and so very accommodating. Would 100% recommend this hotel for a family stay.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally good, always courteous and willing to help with any request. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, which made me feel truly welcomed. Great location — a lot of interesting things in Hanoi are easily walkable. Great hospitality — the staff and manager were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is charming and beautifully furnished. Our room was very comfortable and cool though the days were quite warm. All our needs were met with gracious hospitality and those little extras you always you hope you'll find were generously provided. The front desk gave us maps, directions and recommendations along with a cold drink. Amenities were numerous, beds were super comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Breakfast in the mornings provided lots of choices and food was expertly prepared. We would love to visit this hotel again!

The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to walk to and from. The rooms are quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The air conditioning in the room was perfect for cooling off. This is a must-stay when you’re visiting Hanoi, being close to the market and Train Street. The entryway is clear and welcoming.
