It was very comfortable, clean and at a great price. What was especially nice was that my flight got cancelled and I had to adjust my booking twice times. Each time Ms. Jenny gladly helped me adjust my booking. She was very polite and respectful and it made my experience that much more enjoyable!

Had an amazing stay here and it was mostly because of Jim!!! He is a great host and very helpfull. I made a wrong booking and he was kind enough to help me with everything. Location was perfect in the old town. Sulli was always available offer any tips for food, tours and coffee. My wife wasn’t feeling great on our first day and Sulli offered tea throughout the morning.

All of the staff are so polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. Beds are very comfortable and have high quality linen. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and well equipped. Breakfast has a vast variety of continental and Vietnamese choices.

Really enjoyed my stay! Mr.Jim was so friendly and welcoming, reaching out before my stay and during my stay. The room was great, bed comfortable, perfect size for me. I forgot to ask to have my room made up twice and both days I came home to fresh towels and water left outside my door waiting for me, which was a lovely touch. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the action but my room was still peaceful and quiet. They also offer guests discounts on the massages at their spa. Would HIGHLY recommend! I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Hanoi. Thank you so much team!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The staff Jim & Jen were friendly and very helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel's location was ideal, with great access to local attractions and amenities. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast options and excellent amenities.
