I arrived very early and wasn’t allowed to check in, which I understand if previous guests hadn’t checked out. However, I was asked to pay $75 for early check-in. I wasn’t sure if the previous guests had already left, but it still felt odd to be asked for $75 for checking in early.I refused it as it was not resonable.

I stayed at Hotel Melia in Ha Noi for 2 nights in August 2025 during holiday vacation. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly—especially recommended great local restaurants. Our room was spotless, modern.The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh pastries and good coffee. The location is ideal,short walk to major attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ha Noi
