We had a wonderful stay a The Mercury Hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was situated on a quiter street. Staff were very helpful (especially Chloe) and the room was clean and spacious. We have booked again for our return visit before flying home.

The service, location, and breakfast are very nice. Although it is called "hotel", actually it is a hostel in terms of room (some of the rooms have no windows!!!), size, and facilities. Given the high price, probably you may want to reconsider whether you want to stay with them.

便利な場所にある良いホテルでした

急に予約したのですが、快く対応いただけました。非常に快適でした。バルコニーから通りを眺められる部屋で、とても良かったです。スタッフの方々も親切でした。まわりにカフェやお店も多くて大変便利でした。

Stilfullt, rent hotell med toppenläge!

Toppenläge nära sjön med förhållandevis lugnt läge i kanten av gamla staden. Mycket trevlig personal och bra frukost. Rena, stilfulla och stora rum. Det enda negativa var att kvinnan som sålde utflykter var påstridig och inte kunde acceptera att vi var i Hanoi för att titta på staden. Hon slutade hälsa när hon insåg att vi inte skulle köpa något av henne. Vi rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!
