This is a four-story house located in the heart of Hanoi, not an apartment. Each room occupies its own floor, and the kitchen is conveniently situated on the 2nd floor. The property was fully renovated in July 2024, giving it a fresh, modern appearance.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:

✔️ We don't have a lift/elevator, but our staff is happy to assist with carrying your luggage upon request.

✔️ After check-in, please send us a photo of your ID/Passport, as required by city regulations for security purposes.

✔️ Please dispose of trash in the bin provided inside the homestay.

✔️ Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. You may smoke on the balcony and kindly clean up any cigarette butts.

✔️ Laundry service is available at 35,000 VND per kilogram of clothing (winter clothes not included). Please note, laundry service is not available for one-night bookings.

✔️ Early check-in or late check-out: If you would like to check in early or check out late, please let us know your preferred time. We’ll also guide you on where to leave your luggage if needed.

✔️ The voltage in Vietnam is 220V. If you need to use 110V equipment, please bring an adapter to convert from 220V to 110V.

✔️ Please wait at least 10 minutes to ensure there's enough hot water. Remember to turn it off after use to avoid any accidents.

✔️ If you have a motorbike or car, please contact us for guidance on nearby parking options, as we do not have on-site parking.

✔️ Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Any unregistered guests require the host’s approval, and an additional fee will apply.

✔️ Guests are welcome to cook but please avoid dishes with strong odors like curries, hot pots, or grilled foods that may leave lingering smells and are difficult to clean.

✔️ Lastly, the staircase is a bit narrow due to the design of this historic building in the Old Quarter, but it should be manageable.
