Cozy Getaway Near All the FUN! Harbor Springs/Petoskey

Enjoy our cozy and peaceful condo for all four seasons with beautiful views located in Harbor Springs. This is the perfect getaway spot for a couple or small family. Our condo includes: Master bedroom with king bed & full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, patio, mountain views. There is also a full size pull out couch and a pack away crib for little ones. Community amenities include: indoor and outdoor pools during peak season, fitness center, nature trails, soccer field, playground, tennis courts, and fishing pond. Centrally located but tucked away for a peaceful vacation.

Overall experience was great. The unit was comfortable and good for a two person ski weekend. The parking pass thing was bit confusing, we ultimately could not get one since the office was closed, but that seemed to not a problem because the unit had an assigned spot that we parked in.

Lovely spot. Loved the decor and details. I have stayed at Trout Creek over the years and this was my favorite. My car got stuck on the hills twice with snow and staff was kind in helping me out.

The condo was in a great location and was comfortable for a weekend stay. It would be helpful to stock more toilet paper in the house - we couldn’t find any extra rolls and there was only one in the bathroom. The neighboring condo unit also had a pretty strong cigarette smell that we could smell from the entrance of our unit sometimes.

Checkin very easy. Kitchen clean and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable, TV easy to use. Appreciated the labeling of all the light awitches. My husband and i used the swimming pool and hot tub, very nice. Location very close to both Harbor Springs and Petoskey, Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a prime location for Boyne Highland golf courses. It offers a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed with a great outdoor space. We found it was perfect for 2 adults.

Our month long stay was wonderful. Place was very quiet and bed very good. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking a few meals. The only suggestion would be more closet space. The closet was half full of extra bedding. Since we were there a month we may have had more then most people.

Very happy with condo

Great location. Close to both petoskey and harbor springs. Stay 4 days for family reuinion. Rest of family stayed across road at boyne resort which has so many amenities but to rent a condo would have paid nearly double the price. Condo was stocked with all the basic items needed for bathroom. Kitchen had all needed to cook meals. The only suggestion i have for hostess is the have instuctions for use of roku and cable. We figured it out and had we had younger kiddos with us they would intuitively know how to use but we are senior citizens who could have used a little instructions. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and would come back same place if needed a place in future.

Clean, well stocked, close to both town!

This was a great stay for my husband and I and our 3 kids. The pullout coach was easy to use and had tons of bedding to use, kitchen was well equipped, toiletries included both toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and everything you need for your trip. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t need to purchase anything additional when we went to the store. This property was very clean with easy check in and check out instructions. We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available!

Late Summer Getaway

Wonderful Hideaway!

This condo is tucked away at the end of a short winding drive through a wooded area but is still close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The unit is immaculately clean and very well appointed with everything needed for a getaway including washer and dryer. I promise you won’t be disappointed!
