This three-story waterfront home sits directly on Back Sound, offering panoramic water views and a front-row seat to the iconic Cape Lookout Lighthouse, visible on the horizon.

Sleeping arrangements:
Second floor: Two cozy sleeping spaces, including the stunning primary bedroom with a water view and the bunk room with full bed bunks and a water view, too!
Third floor: Large great room with a queen bed and a twin bed, offering breathtaking sunset and night sky views over the sound.

Outdoor Highlights:
Spacious porch & picnic table: Enjoy the unbeatable fresh coastal air and stunning sunsets.
Direct access to Cape Lookout National Seashore: Launch a kayak, or simply relax by the water from the dock at your doorstep, shared with the friendly neighbor next door. Catch the ferry at the end of the road or bring your own boat for a scenic cruise.

PLEASE NOTE:
The dock has limited water depth at low tide and the boat lift is not available for guests. For launching your boat, Cape Point Marina is just half a mile down the road and offers convenient access to the water.

Again, the BOAT LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. Guests who use the boat lift will incur a $1000 FEE and a lifetime ban from the property.

The pet fee is $20/night/dog. Reach out for pet approval and to add the fees to your reservation.
The driveway is also shared with the neighbors, please park on the righthand side.

House Rules
Furry friends are welcome! But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests. Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
There are video cameras at the front and back of the property for security purposes only. NO audio.
