Harmony House

Modern Farmhouse style- Located next to Champion Park-Family sized. Large open concept living room and kitchen with nice sized kitchen Island. Large bedrooms, laundry/mud room, large yard and deck with an outdoor grill and fire pit table, and a sweet front porch.
Surveillance devices on outside of the property while still protecting privacy inside the home Everything is brand new. Quiet neighborhood. We love it and we hope you do too!

Bedroom 1- A king bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bath with a walk in shower.

Bedroom 2- Two queen beds

Bedroom 3- Two XL Twin Beds. Two Twin XL beds can be transformed into a King Bed. Please let us know at the time of booking what your preference is for us to accommodate you. This bedroom also has a desk and an Arcade Game, Corn Hole, Large Tic-Tac-Toe, and other games for your enjoyment!

This home also has an additional full bath with shower and tub.

We do allow up to two service dogs for a $50. to be paid to us at the time of arrival. We do have blankets in the ottoman where you can cover the furniture should your fur baby be attached to you at the hip.

Everything about this The Harmony House was fabulous! There are beds for 8 people. No one has to sleep in the living area. The house was well-appointed with everything we needed and we loved the decor. Dawn was friendly and communicated well. We highly recommend this place!!

The house was so clean and comfy. The decor was perfect and lovely. The deck area was so wonderful to hang out on and do s'mores around the fire pit. Great neighborhood, quiet area. Bedrooms were super comfortable. Overall, I would give it 5 stars!!

Dawn and Eric have created an adorable, comfortable place to stay. We really enjoyed ourselves here. If we decide to come back for another cousins weekend we will book the Harmony House. This house was perfect for what we were looking for, we were there for baseball games at Chamions Park and Grand Sports Park in Westfield which was only a 30 minute drive and almost a straight shot. House was very clean and only 2 house from Champions Field so when I got bored I walked to the park to watch games. Plenty of good nearby restaurants, we grilled out one night which was nice and relaxing. The 85” TV on the Patio was great and the fan will be a game changer to keep the bugs away once installed. It was 10 times better than staying in a small hotel for 3 days, we thoroughly enjoyed it and it was well worth the money.

We were impressed with the home. Nicely decorated and very spotless. The neighbor hood was quiet and plenty of yard space for the 4 and 6 year old. Dawn was a big help with questions and did respond quickly with text messages. When I return to Kokomo this is the place I want to come back to.

Great house

House was clean, modern and well-equipped. We were there for Purdue graduation weekend so while the location was not ideal for us, it was much better than an over-priced hotel. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the local area.

Great property

House was clean, bedrooms were the perfect size. Nice having 2 bathrooms, yard was a great size. Big seating area outside. House was stocked with everything we needed. Championship Park was right next door. Grand park was 20 minutes away. It was nice staying in Kokomo instead of Indianapolis. If staying for Grand Park its worth the drive.

Cozy Comfort Among the Cows (wall decor of course!)

The four of us enjoyed sprawling out on the great big sectional and cozy armchair, chatting the night away around the giant coffee table while highlander cows stared from the walls. Shower was great, beds comfy; huge fridge with water and ice machine; gas stove; Harmony House goes way beyond the basics! Hosts were super easy to contact and very attentive. Loved our time spent there. We’ll be back!!

A perfect opportunity for a family get together

We used this house as a place to stay for a return visit to my home town and a visit with my family for the Christmas holidays.We found this house to be a perfect solution to go to after a day of visiting with my family.It was well appointed with big screen tv's, new appliances including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable beds.A large sitting area was a nice meeting spot to wind-down after a busy day.The bottom line is that this location and house was exactly what we were looking for and made our visit relaxing and comfortable.

Hometown comfort

We stayed in Harmony House while visiting family just before Christmas. With my parents in assisted living, it was such a comfort to have a "home base" rather than a hotel. Fabulous kitchen and open living area, with enough beds and baths to accommodate our family of eight. Communication with Dawn was excellent, and the location convenient to everything Kokomo. Thank you!

Loved our stay!

Softball National Tournament

Home is immaculate. Had problems with the door (user error) the first day and within 30 seconds they had the door unlocked. Any question was answered in less than a minute! Would highly recommend for any baseball/softball family playing at Championship Park and only 30 minutes from Grand Park!
