This property is good for a limited stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok.

Bad timing
Publié le 24 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is undergoing renovations and visiting Harper’s Ferry in winter may have been a mistake. There were 6 guests total staying in the hotel. Breakfast was inedible. Stale bagels and muffins, expired yogurt and barely warm coffee. House keeping only comes once a week at this time. After complaining, a very nice staff person made coffee and brought a bag of tangerines from the kitchen. We hope things will change after the renovation but we probably will not stay again.

Dear Joel,There is no excuse for subpar breakfast offerings.We are truly sorry for letting you down. We must and will try harder to deliver on that promise even in the off season. Staff were all helpful. Maintenance staff courteous. Breakfast food good.

I like that the property was easy to find and next to a small hiking trail. There was not a lot of restaurants within safe walking distance
