I was signed up to pay when I arrived but they had already charged my card. I paid for nonsmoking rooms and without a doubt someone had smoked in these rooms prior to my visit. The complex looks more like extended stay and the crowd hanging around seem to live there. I will sum up my visit; when I got out of the shower nicotine dripped from the ceiling onto my shoulder. This place is disgusting.

My reservation was for two non-smoking rooms which was confirmed by email. When I checked in the desk person told me I had reserved two smoking rooms. I showed her my confirmation email with nonsmoking rooms indicated. Fortunately there were nonsmoking rooms available but don’t know what I would have done if there weren’t. The person at the desk was not very polite when she insisted I had not reserved nonsmoking rooms.

I don’t normally leave remarks but I feel I need to on this one. I paid for a NON SMOKING room, with queen beds. I get there and I prepaid mind you several hours before. “We only have one room left and it’s a smoking room. Fine. Whatever. My kids and I needed a place to sleep. We go into the room. No queen beds. Two tiny ones. Toilet wouldn’t flush. The rubber around the floor was coming off and caused a trip hazard and the room reeked of marijuana. I won’t be back. I feel I should have been refunded some of my money for not having Queen beds and given a junk room.the sheets were stained. I had my service dog too and worried half the night if someone was going to come through the door between rooms.

Motel from Bug Hell

The room was CRAWLING with bugs. EVERYWHERE you looked there were bugs everywhere. Didn’t even attempt to open the mini fridge because the bugs on the outside was enough to scare u away. The bathroom was the scariest bug place. The sheets were dirty and I slept in the hard plastic chair for one hour before the crawling bugs became way too much and I paid almost $100 for this crapshoot. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Reserved a non smoking room, got there to check in and had us in a smoking but said theyd change it. Blankets has cigarette burns in them. Door latch missing screw, tv busted. The room was horrible, it smelled, the bathroom ceiling was peeling paint and the vent had hairy mold growing off of it. Would absolutely never stay at a Motel 6 again, my husband would not take a shower because it was so disgusting as far as the mold and peeling paint was concerned.
