Lakefront Home w/ Private DockâFire Table, Fireplace, Stunning Views, Kayaks & Near Gozzer!
Perched above the shimmering waters of Lake Coeur d'Alene on iconic Arrow Point, this extraordinary lakefront retreat offers one of the most breathtaking 180° panoramas in all of North Idaho. From sunrise to starlight, the lake, mountains, and ever-changing sky become part of your experience â visible from nearly every room and even from your bed.
The expansive windows frame the water like living artwork, while the wraparound deck invites slow mornings with coffee, long afternoons of sunshine, and unforgettable sunset dinners overlooking the lake. Watch boats glide past, bald eagles soar overhead, and the mountains glow as the day fades into evening.
The main home features two peaceful bedrooms, spa-inspired bathrooms, and open living spaces designed for gathering without ever losing the view. Downstairs, the cousin cabin is pure magic for kids and teens â full-size bunks, a cozy built-in sleeping nook with lake views, and a space that instantly becomes the hub for laughter, late-night chats, and shared memories.
Adventure is always just steps away. Launch the home's kayaks or paddleboards straight into the lake, swim from the shoreline, fish from the dock, or simply float and soak in the stillness. After a day on the water, grill dinner on the deck and dine under the open sky with Arrow Point glowing in the distance.
This home is ideal for families and groups who want both connection and privacy â best enjoyed by a mix of adults and kids, with generous space for everyone to feel at home.
Though only 20 minutes from town, the setting feels completely removed from the world. Quiet. Peaceful. Timeless. âââââââ This is not just where you stay â it's where your favorite lake memories are made.

Beautiful house with amazing views. Great communication with host throughout the stay. Deck and outside fire table were awesome! Easy boat ride to town.
Perfect location on the lake, plenty of sunshine all day long, house was great! The deck provided stunning views of the lake (all photos were taken from the deck) and the fire table was used almost every night as it cooled off and got dark. The paddleboards and kayaks at the house were fun to use. The view of the lake from the master bedroom bed and shower is an incredible way to start the day. Spent a morning in Harrison, had coffee at the Tin Cup overlooking the marina and lunch downstairs at One Shot Charlie's (don't let the bar vibe fool you, amazing food! ...and kid friendly). Spent a morning in Coeur d' Alene and stopped in at the always cool Hutton's (only a few minutes from he house) on the way back for some ice and supplies. Would definitely come back to this house!
Overall, pretty nice. Generally, clean. Good view (somewhat obscured by treesâŠ.but still very nice). But, this may be helpful to future guests: Driveway access is a narrow dirt road, clearance is low, and there is no turn-around. So, if you have a trailerâŠgood luck!! No window coverings in Upstairs Master (and it gets light in there by 4am in the summer. Brutal!). No closets or dressers in Guest Rooms.
The house was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable. The views from the huge deck were amazing. Water access from a private dock, kayaks and paddle boards provided- doesnât get any better. Communication with the host was friendly, prompt and very helpful. The property is even better in person than the pictures! Weâll be back.
Outstanding house and location - great views off deck. Highly recommend! online description and reviews accurate. downstairs room with separate location perfect for privacy, cooler in summer.
Stunning views and peaceful location - with several negative issues
My husband and I are in our 50's with a teenage daughter and are from Texas. Our parents (father with Parkinson's) flew in from Virginia to join us for a week. Disappointed upon arrival to find out basement area for additional beds/bathroom only accessible by going outside and around house and needs key to access (not ideal for 14 year old daughter.)
Listing says to bring your favorite K-cups as Keurig K-cup coffee maker available. There were only ground coffee filters and carafe coffee maker upstairs and downstairs. - Make sure you clarify prior to grocery shopping for your stay.
The view begs you to be outside enjoying the sounds of the lake and the views of the surroundings. My family would have loved to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather but unfortunately, there are no comfortable chairs on the deck. There are some high bar-type chairs available but my in laws were unable to get up on them and I cannot sit comfortably on them due to the height of them/hard surface of the chair.
House needs a deep-clean cleaning service came back to house for re-clean of toilet and other issues. One of the issues was dirty floor. Floor was mopped and not swept prior to leaving a pile of dirt/hair behind for us to clean up on the first day. Light-colored berber carpet on stairs filthy due to dirty floors. Carpet needs to be replaced.
This was all shared with David via text. Owners of the home should be aware of housekeeping/other issues that could be easily remedied.
