It was a great property, not fond of the location on the main street. Del Mar, extremely responsive to any call. Couldâve had a little bit better in the description of what was there and what was available on a daily basis I didnât realize we would have someone come and make up the beds and give us fresh towels. I thought that was terrific and they did have plenty of beach towels I brought my own. I didnât have to bring them. Tennis court was a big hit. Layout of the house was great.
My family of five and four friends had an amazing vacation at this home. It is absolutely beautiful. The accommodations of search that you never have to leave the home. It is great for entertaining. I would highly recommend this home. You are a short walk from the center of town. We would certainly go back again next year.
A gathering of 16 women stayed at Bride of the Sea for a 5-night long weekend to celebrate a 50th birthday, and we had an incredible time. The home was immaculate when we arrived - and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone with large spaces to gather or escape for some quiet time. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was ample, easily accommodating three cars in the garage and the remaining cars in the driveway spaces. Many in our group are hobby "chefs", so we enjoyed cooking several meals in the large and well-stocked kitchen. In addition, we hired a private chef for Saturday night who found the space easy to work in. We loved playing tennis on the private court, and also set up a portable pickleball net on one end. We also enjoyed reading on the porch and gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. The walk to the beach was easy and convenient, as was the stroll to nearby restaurants. We drove into both Chatham and Provincetown for shopping and lunch; the home is situated conveniently for access to other areas of the Cape. While we did not utilize the pool (too early in the season) or the playground (kid-free weekend!), they are both beautiful and well-maintained spaces. The school-quality playground with lush grass is dreamy for littles! Lastly, the rental company was extremely responsive. They were in communication with me every day by email and text. Overall, I highly recommend a stay here for a large friend group or extended family.
