Muller's Cottage: A Spacious and Pet-Friendly Three-Bedroom Retreat.

Only a short stroll to the beach, you can enjoy all the comforts of home when you stay in this spacious three bedroom cottage.

Enjoy preparing meals as there is the added bonus of a dishwasher for that easy clean up.

There are two lounge rooms, a smaller room to sit back and relax and a large family room off the kitchen with a television. WIFI is also connected for your convenience.

Three bedrooms the main with a queen bed, second bedroom a double bed and a set of bunks and the third bedroom with a tri-bunk.

A newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. There is another toilet in the laundry.

Enjoy the spacious fenced yard perfect to bring your dog with you or to enjoy a game of backyard cricket. Rear lane access makes this a perfect property for boats.

Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors.
Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.

The perfect home for the large family or for couples wanting to escape for a relaxing holiday in Hat Head.

HAT HEAD

Hat Head is the Ideal fishing village surrounded by Hat Head National Park and the best in pristine & unspoilt beaches. The beaches, sand dunes, rainforest and wetlands offer an ideal backdrop for bushwalking and relaxing.

Launch your trailer boat from the creek side ramp with adjacent fish cleaning facilities also available- all only, a minute's drive, just past the Bowling Club.

There are a lot of walking tracks to choose from and visitors can also enjoy bird watching. Birdwatchers can look for black swans and spoonbills in the parks wetlands, hawks and eagles soaring above beach cliffs and shorebirds like curlews and plovers around the beach.

Hat Head National Park is a great place to go whale watching during the annual whale migration which takes place from June to November.

The location is perfect, walking distance to beach, creek, shop & Bowling Club. The quietness is appreciated. Only one criticism, when we arrived, the house reeked of dog smell, especially the couches. This smell greeted us any time we locked up the house & returned to throw open all the windows.

The house was perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. No internal stairs and plenty of living space. The house was clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. The secure, fenced-in back garden was great for afternoon games for the children.The beach was a short stroll away and we were easily able to access the patrolled area of the beach twice (sometimes three) times a day. Most mornings we woke to find kangaroos in the front garden too!

Loved the new big shower & bathroom. 2 separate lounge rooms was great for us as we had someone who liked to watch tv while the rest of us just chatted. The only downside was no ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms or no air conditioning. Great location. 2 min walk to club or river or beach. The real estate was amazing to deal with and the owners of property left us a gift in the fridge. Thank you. But would definitely rent this place again.

It’s in a great location to everything in Hat Head. It’s that popular that we tried to book for same time next year but it was already booked out! Only downside is backyard is full of bindi-eyes so our dog couldn’t really run around in the yard and the tyre ruts are so deep under the gate she could easily escape.
