This was the perfect home base for our 16 day trip to Maui. It had a well stocked kitchen, tons of beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach towels, etc) It was relatively quiet and we all really enjoyed the many pools. We also loved being able to see whales jumping from our patio. It was incredible!

Needs repair

Typical Kapalua Golf Villa that needs updating. Dishwasher was inoperable and missing parts. Guest shower control knob was broken. Patio deck needs a power wash and the overall unit was dated and dusty.

Perfect Family Bungalow

We have stayed at the Kapalua Golf Villas before, but this property was above and beyond. Everything was provided to us from beach gear to toiletries and it was meticulously clean. Even being a ground floor unit, there were no ant issues and it allowed for our little ones to be in or out all day long. The sunsets are unmatched and the lanai was perfect for post bedtime stargazing. We had an amazing time at the pool every day and enjoyed our walks to the Honolua Store for breakfast or snacks. We will be back for sure!

Kapalua condo with good view and decent value

Clean ground floor unit. No car noise or lights. Great view. Ground floor in Hawaii means some bugs. Had to buy own toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom given. Managed by coldwell banker rental management, which was organized and responsive. Unit is for sale apparently by owners, so if the unit sells, future reservations might be cancelled depending on the new owners’ plans. I think it was actually a decent value for what you get.
