Paki Maui 420 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom penthouse condo located on the fourth floor with wonderful garden views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. This corner condo features mini split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled bathroom is equipped with a large tiled walk-in shower. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped updated kitchen. Dine al fresco on the lanai with a dining table for 2 and the top floor views surrounding you. A dining table for 3 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is an oceanfront property with seasonal shoreline conditions. Direct sandy beach access may vary throughout the year depending on tides and surf. Paki Maui is located next to Honokowai Beach Park, a family-friendly beach park with open grassy areas and beach access that many guests with children enjoy. I missed the cancellation date by 2 days and was only able to get 50% of my payment back. It doesn’t seem fair that the property gets to keep half my money then someone book the same room after. Therefore the property making more money. The Cancellation policy needs to change. If another party books after I cancel, I should get full refund. If another party does not book after I cancel, I can understand the 50% charge.

My perfect stay team were well organized and left a wonderful gift box when we arrived. The only reservation I had with my choice in units was that the garden view also mean parking lot and street view which translates to loud street and rooster activity. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The Boss Frog across the street had great service and provided us snorkeling gear. Regardless of the noise, we had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay on maui

The unit was very nice with the windows open in the bedroom and the screen on patio a great breeze blows through. Quiet atmosphere, walking distance to ABC store and Times supermarket. All in all a great place to stay.
