Sand levels can vary depending on the conditions. The resort amenities include a pool with hot tub, gas BBQ area, and tennis courts. This resort is walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is plenty of parking with no additional resort or parking fees.

During the winter months North swells create a wash away effect on the sandy beaches. The summer months bring South swells which help bring the sand back to the beaches. The resort has placed sandbags along the shoreline to protect the beach from further erosion.
With two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo is perfect for a group or family. The open concept floor plan offers plenty of space for entertaining and dining. There is a four person dining table and bar seating. You will find beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and more inside this home.
