By booking this property you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies in the Rental Contract.

★ DAMAGE PROTECTION ★

Instead of a security deposit, your stay includes a damage protection waiver, covering up to $2,000 in accidental damage during your visit. Please note that this applies only to accidental damage. Any intentional damage or violations of house rules will be charged to you in accordance with our rental agreement. Full details of the coverage will be shared after your booking is confirmed.

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs for a one-time fee of $75 each. Please review our simple guidelines to ensure a great stay for all:

✔ Dogs must be over 1 year old, under 50 lbs, housebroken, and leash trained
✔ No excessive barking or heavy shedding breeds
✔ The yard is not fenced—dogs must always be leashed outdoors

Below are the check-out instructions we request at the end of each stay:

✔ Please note you're staying in a rural area, which means nature is all around! While we keep our homes well-maintained, it's not uncommon to cross paths with the occasional insect indoors or out.
✔ Use of kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and any water activities are at your own risk. We are not liable for these activities.
✔ Your safety matters. The property has an exterior Ring front entrance camera that points at the driveway and records video and audio upon motion. It does not look into any interior spaces.
✔ Please be aware we do not list the property as toddler or baby safe. While we work to create a safe space for all ages, be sure to watch children carefully at all times, especially near the fireplace and staircase.

Really couldn’t have asked more the kitchen was totally stocked with everything you needed and several options of high-end coffee. The online portal once you’re booking is confirmed is very convenient and simple to use. The house is brand new remodeled it’s still smelled fresh construction almost when we walked in. Beautiful access to the lake and fire pit. The property is “done right” We will be back!

Girls Weekend in the Poconos- Spa, Dining & Hiking

Pros: This was the perfect house for our girl's weekend getaway. The house itself was newly renovated, clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable sofa and well-stocked kitchen. We spent the first day at the Spa at Woodloch, came back to the cabin to freshen up and then had dinner at the Tree Restaurant. The following day we hiked Shohola Falls and Shuman Point Hiking Trail and did a little antiquing through the town of Hawley. We also had a tasty lunch at Paupack Watering Hole and dinner at The Overlook Restaurant.Cons: We arrived at night and the abandoned house/structure at the beginning of the driveway was quite a jump scare. The ph system for the water starting beeping in the middle of night (2AM), which caused a few friends to lose sleep on the first floor. We were able to reset the ph filter in the morning; it was located in the basement. The beds vary in comfort- some are very firm and some are very mushy. It was a bit of trial and error trying to figure out which bed we liked best. Overall, this house was GREAT. I would highly recommend the house and the owner is very responsive and accommodating.

This place is incredible. The house is clean, well kept, and well stocked. It has incredible views and perfect access to the lake. The communication with the owner was also fantastic. Five stars all around.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family had a great time! The home was very clean and spacious for the 6 of us. The host thought of everything we could’ve needed and more. Some of the towels smelled like stale smoke (probably from campfires) but otherwise no complaints. We can’t wait to return!
