We loved this property. We stayed for a week. This location is so central you can get to anything in 10-20 minutes. The house is so quiet, almost camping like vibes. Would love to come back!

Beautiful house in the woods! The marina is a short walk but if you are looking to get in the water it’s a short drive to a beach access. Lots of wildlife and fit our group of 12 very perfectly. our teens loved the downstairs hangout area and rooms.

Excellent getaway!

This house was excellent for our Northern Idaho and Silverwood vacation. We had two families with teenagers. We enjoyed all the space and games. The deck was wonderful for meals and viewing the lake and sunset.

The house is in a beautiful quiet location! Short walk down to the beautiful lake setting.The house is very spacious and fit our group perfectly. Large kitchen, great seating areas. Only deceiving online description said that 5 bathrooms and ALL bathrooms with shower- not true. 2 were only toilets. The house could use a good deep cleaning too! We came and one of the closets was full of alcoholic beverages..found cigarettes under an upstairs bed as well. And just overall cleanliness of the house needs some more attention .

Nice, but needs better cleaning.

Nice home. Large for our family's Thanksgiving. Fun downstairs movie area and shuffle board. Large kitchen. The house wasn't as clean upon arrival. The toilet had been used and not flushed. Limited supplies such as dish soap, paper towels, TP. Kitchen pans needed upgrading. Overall a good place, but a little more care needed for a few items.

Big house

3 levels house so the bottom floor (basement) is super cold, the middle floor is right temperature, the top floor is hot but there is airconditioning in each room so that is nice. The house is not super clean but it is ok.

Beautiful home with maintenance issues.

We loved spending time with the family on the large patio. We have since corresponded with the owner and they assured me that the problems such as scalding water, downstairs temp 10 degrees colder and upstairs bedrooms 10 degrees hotter than the main floor, and dead insects in the master shower. The online listing does not mention use of the garage, but it is used for garbage storage and it was very dirty and smelled bad. I trust this has all been taken care of.The owner was very congenial about it.

Great house and communication

The house is awesome for a big group of family/friends. We REALLY appreciated the quick response from the owners - once because we needed a few more forks, and once because a outlet cover detached from the wall. Both times, someone was there to help within an hour. So helpful and responsive!!

Beautiful but bizarre

Overall, the house was beautiful and the neighborhood unique. There's a beautiful view of the lake from the deck. At first the communication with the Management company was excellent. They replied to my message almost immediately the first day. But upon arrival we noticed many random broken things. I immediately notified them and after that email I received no reply for the next 3 days. One of the things was an off and on running toilet. There were also broken handles, one on a sink and one on a sliding door. The downstairs had a smell. I couldn't quite tell if it was just stagnant air or leftover dog smell from the prior renter. Even with airing it out the smell was constant. Lots of little things here and there. The house was very clean. But it was not at the detail it should have been for its listing. We had planned on having a movie night and the screen downstairs was not working. I reached out and asked for help and there was no reply. It appears the check in book created for the property is very dated as most of the information was not accurate. Like directions for the movie screen downstairs. And upon checkout after we followed the book, I had an email from the management company saying completely different checkout instructions. Overall, if these little things get fixed it would be an awesome place to return. I got this for a steal of a deal. But I would never return at full price especially with all the communication errors and misleading advertisement.

Great for family reunions

House was perfect for large group/ family reunion. Only issues was regarding trash removal. Couldnt find the dumpster described in the instructions. Neighbors didnt know about it either. Need a map in the future. Also..... there was already trash in the large garbage cans when we arrived. I would rent again!

Fantastic Property!

We rented this property to host a super bowl party with the other members of our school's community. The property was absolutely beautiful, clean, and perfect for watching the big game. We do a yearly retreat and this property will definitely be at the top of our list!
