Designed for large families, the home offers two master suites, two full kitchens, two living areas with fireplaces and Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two laundry areas. Relax in the hot tub, grill lakeside meals, or enjoy the multi-level porches overlooking the water. The perfect setting for your next lake getaway.

Home is conveniently located off of Hwy 175, directly next to Chatuge Cove Marina, making it easy to rent a pontoon or to access a boat ramp. A public boat ramp at Jack Rabbit Campground is only minutes away.

Adventure awaits! Western NC and North GA abound with opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Set your sights on long-range views with visits to Bell Mountain in Hiawassee (20-minute drive) and Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA, 35-minute drive). Spend the day on Lake Chatuge with a boat or personal watercraft rental from a local marina or launch your own from nearby public access. Want to immerse yourself in nature in the Nantahala National Forest? Bring your mountain bikes and ride the first-class trails at Jackrabbit Mountain (also great for hiking and dog-friendly) less than 5 minutes from the property. Fires Creek Recreation Area (25-minute drive) is another Western NC local favorite for hiking with picturesque views, swimming, and trout fishing. On the GA side, take a 30-minute drive to a waterfall and hike via the High Shoals Falls Trail or make the 45-minute drive to Alpine Helen, GA for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hungry and thirsty after a day of exploration? Visit the outstanding local restaurants, wineries, and breweries in and around downtown Hayesville and Hiawassee for not-to-be-missed tastes of local flavor.

We love the #lakelife around here as well as the majestic mountains. So much to do and see right in town. We have a handy Welcome Book in the house full of dining options, Things to Do, available shopping, Hiking and Waterfall Trails. ! And a short 25 min drive to Helen for tubing or zip lining. An abundance of wineries and live music events.

There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, stand up paddle boards and kayaks.



You have access to the whole property with the exception of the garage.

Two Master Suites. Two fully equipped Kitchens, with Keurig/drip combo coffee maker at coffee bar on Main Level and Keurig in basement kitchen, dishwasher & blender on main level, ice makers and toasters on both. Two Living Rooms w/ gas fireplaces and smart TVs with Dish Satellite 120 channels. GREAT WIFI 50M Lightning Speed. Two laundry areas.

Multi-level porches & HOT TUB overlook lake. Gas grill- we provide a tank and a spare. PRIVATE DOCK! Outside chairs and towels.

Board Games- Various decks of cards, Sorry, Trouble, Checkers, Yahtzee, Monopoly, Uno, Cards Against Humanity…

Main Level- Large Master (BDR1) with a king and 2 twins arranged as a sectional seating area. Ensuite bath w/ double sinks, walk-in shower and a washer/dryer closet. Other bedroom (BDR2) has a full bath in hall w/ single vanity and tub/shower combo.

LOFT Level- Features 2 Twin beds (BDR3) and bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.

Basement Level- Another large master (BDR4) with 2 queen beds and a couch with seating area. Ensuite bath with single vanity and walk-in tub. Additional bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo.

Parking : 4-5 cars on upper driveway and 2 on lower driveway. A boat trailer can be parked in the driveway. All parking is paved.

This home has level, easy paved access directly to covered dock on Lake Chatuge. In summer months you can swim off of the dock which has a ladder. Boat parking is included with rental under covered dock. Dock has lights for night use.

Lake Chatuge is a TVA lake. The lake levels vary throughout the year. There is no water under dock From usually September -May. Please contact host to verify if dock can be used for your purpose.

Feel free to enjoy the dock and any of the water toys we have left there for your use.
The owners' boat may be docked at the dock during your stay. It is not part of the rental and is not available for guest use.
If you bring or rent a boat, you're welcome to use the dock. Please be mindful of the water depth when docking, as it can vary depending on lake conditions.
