Gwithian Holidays offer superb 3 Star self catering accommodation in the village of Gwithian, just a short walk from the three mile stretch of golden beaches that forms St Ives Bay on Cornwall's north coast. We aim to offer you good value, comfortable accommodation with excellent facilities, to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. Weâve provided all the things that we want when on holiday, and tried to make the suites a real home away from home.
St Anthony is a first floor one bedroom apartment that is perfect for couples wanting a bit of luxury. Crisp white bed linen, thick quilts and throws to snuggle up under, a newly refurbished bathroom and a large living area stylishly furnished give you the boutique accommodation feel, but at our great prices. The triple aspect living area is flooded with light, so you can feel like youâre outside in the beautiful Cornish countryside, even if you havenât quite made it off the sofa yet.

All of our self catering accommodation is totally self contained, and we provide you with proper kitchens and all the cooking equipment you need. The beds are comfy, the showers are powerful and the furnishings are clean and stylish. Gwithian Holidays is sandwiched between open countryside and the Towans (Cornish for sand-dunes), and close to the popular towns of St Ives, Penzance and Hayle, making Gwithian an ideal base for a relaxing Cornish holiday. Falmouth, Truro and Newquay are all within easy driving distance, as well as the the countryside of Lands End and The Lizard peninsula. The tourist attractions of the outdoor Minack Theatre and the spectacular Eden Project are also a short drive away. Thereâs tons to do around here, and Gwithian Holidays is the ideal place to return after a long day enjoying all that Cornwall has to offer.
All of our accommodation is designed for you to live in, not just stay in. The kitchens are fully equipped with proper ovens, dishwashers and all the equipment you could possibly need. The bedrooms have comfy mattresses and pillows and the living areas are all designed for comfort as well as practicality. We provide you with TV and DVD players for entertainment as well as central heating to keep you toasty warm as the days get shorter. Linen, towels and electricity are included in the tariffs, so all you need to bring are your personal items and your holiday is sorted.
And if you don't fancy cooking for yourself there is a superb pub - the Red River Inn - just a short walk away that has an excellent reputation for food and ale.
Great location, spacious and light flat with views of trees
One problem that we pointed out to the cleaners was that the towels and linen stank really bad. Strong musty, rotten smell, which did not fade. We were issued with brown towels and then white towels both sets had the same rotten smell. We were forced to use our beach towels.
The property was in an ideal location for us as our large family was at the campsite 5 minutes walk away. The flat contained all we needed and was quiet. Tyson could not have been more helpful.
I must mention for safety that the bath was so clean it was very slippery so we bought a ÂŁ2 bath mat from Asda which solved the problem. We left it there for others . Thank you Tyson for a lovely second visit.
In short great property with recently updated kitchen area which looked good. Cupboard space for food would be nice. Clean and tidy, spacious with plenty of natural light. A couple of the window latches didnât work so couldnât close one and open another and the kitchen blind was broken. There was slight mold on the grout and sealant around bath, which needs attention. But this didnât distract from the rest of the nice bathroom. Miner points and we would still return to this property and would recommend this apartment.
Neat and tidy, comfy, bright and modern. Great location for beaches and visiting all the local sights. Owners do a great job of using environmentally friendly cleaning products and recycling waste.

Der Weg zum Strand ist tatsĂ€chlich nicht weit und fĂŒhrt durch eine DĂŒnenlandschaft, die ein Naturschutzgebiet ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Nachbarort Hayle.
Wenn man frische HandtĂŒcher haben möchte, muss man sich bei den Vermietern melden, die jedoch direkt um die Ecke wohnen.
