"Our room was great and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good! The best part of our stay was the young lady at the front desk on the morning when we were checking out. Vanessa was a breath of fresh air and we could tell that she loves helping people, no matter the situation! I left my favorite earrings I've had for 20 years in my room, but didn't realize it until 2 days later when i got home. I called the hotel and Vanessa answered! She remembered me. She said they had the earrings and that she would mail them to me (at my cost)! I really appreciate the housekeeper and Vanessa for their integrity and helpfulness!! Thank you, ladies!!"
