They were very nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The building is old and the room had some older carpet and drywall in need of repair

Had to call for someone to check us in. Front door was locked. No one was available on site otherwise. Check in was not until 3pm. Which was fine. We arrived 4:30pm. However, the office hours said they closed at 4pm. Not sure why a hotel business would close at 4pm when no one can check in until 3pm. Other tenants were smoking marijuana outside when we arrived and continued to do so until hotel staff arrived and then they went inside. The exterior was a bit intimidating to approach. Looked like an abandoned building until we turned into the parking lot. The lot was clean and plenty of garbage cans to use if needed. Desk staff was friendly when she arrived. She left promptly after giving us the key cards. Unfortunately the key cards didn’t work, so we had to call her to come back to the hotel to let us in the room. Bathroom was dirty. Looked like someone had spilled their cup of tobacco chew spit, down the outside of the tub and on the floor. The bathroom smelled of cat urine and the bathroom door did not close. We didn’t use the bathroom after that. We just needed some sleep and was to be out the door early anyway so we let it be and went to bed. Mattress looked new. It was comfortable. No mattress cover/protector was on it however. AC and TV worked fine. Carpets were quite worn down with several quarter size holes and several “bald” spots. Lack of other options made this place feasible for a single night stay in a pinch.

Plaster was falling off the walls, especially in the bathroom. Electric outlet was loose. Plug in the lamp was loose and didn't work. Wasn't clean. Sheets didn't look clean. Beds were very hard. Outside looks nothing like the picture you show. Office was empty and had to holler to be able to check in. This place needs total remodel and upgrade. No way was the rating accurate. Had reserved a room for 3 adults and was given a room with a king size bed. They did move us to one with 2 beds.

The room did not look anything like the add suggested. Food was left in the microwave so it was obviously not cleaned. The television remote control did not work correctly. I had to use 2, one for channels and one for volume after requesting new batteries. The outside walkway smelled very strongly of pot and cigarette smoke. Lastly, there was only one person working and doing everything therefore, she could only do so much. Unfortunately, this also meant no one was ever available in the office when you needed to speak to someone. I give her credit for trying but overall, it was not a good experience.

It was Halloween and people were coming from the bar in the same parking lot. They were yelling and very loud and drunk at 12:00 midnight and 3:00am

On Saturday in the bathroom had water until the sink and I told manager and didn’t do anything. On Sunday it rained all and the water was out about 4 feet . I told manager and she didn’t do anything. I had to keep my shoe on to use the sink . They could have moved be but they didn’t. On Monday I got up at 6.00am had no hot water and I told the manager and said she would tell the maintenance man. No hot water all day. On Tuesday morning no hot water. Two day no hot water. About 8.00pm on Tuesday night I had hot water but no pressure. I think they should have gave a different Room but they didn’t. Maybe they could have gave me a refund for the two day but they didn’t. I think people could know. The place from Hell.

My first impression of this place was out of a horror movie. Think Bates Motel. I was greeted by property manager Nicole who was very friendly and knew my name as she was expecting me,. There were not many other guests present. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the hotel room and the amenities such as refrigerator microwave a working desk chair and TV programming which offered more channels than most other higher expensive hotels that we have stayed in.. the place was quiet and clean, although very dated and the outside was not as clean as it could be. Although I would probably not stay here again it was overall a good value for the money!
