Bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1: This bedroom features 1 queen bed, dresser, night stands, large closet.
Outdoor: Gas (propane) grill, barbeque grill space, tongs, and cleaning brush, fire ring, chairs for 2 around the fire pit, spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture & dining.
Parking: The driveways is long and made of gravel. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Motorcycles are not recommended due to the gravel drive, but the driveway and yard are mostly flat. No parking on the grass.
- We recommend reading our Guest Rental Agreement entirely prior to booking. This will have to be signed prior to any Check-In Instructions being provided. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to view the Guest Rental Agreement before booking.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
