I stayed at this hotel for one night, and the experience was ultimately very disappointing. While the room itself was fine, there was no hot water in the morning, which meant I could not take a shower at all. I contacted the help desk, and the only solution offered was to go to an adjacent hotel to shower. That is completely unacceptable. I paid to stay in this hotel and expect basic amenities—like hot water—to be available in my own room, not in another building. This is a fundamental issue, not a minor inconvenience, and it ruined the stay. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel unless they fix such basic reliability problems.

Room was cozy, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Would defiantly stay here again. Perfect location to get downtown or out Dry Creek. Staff was very friendly. Hot Tub was actually hot.

I was traveling all day and when I got to the room the heating wasn’t working and the room was 60 degrees. The reception staff didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation. I pass thru this area all the time and will never stay here again.

Outdoor areas looked attractive, but it was winter and we didn't use them. The room was nice but suffered from some maintenance issues(faucets were loose, fire place didn't work initially(but the maintenance person was prompt and helpful)

Don't let the photos fool you, they are way better than the place itself. We reserved the free standing tub room but it was not available upon check in. The fireplace has a fire about as big as a match, useless. No free breakfast as advertised, only coffee. Hot tub is the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 2.

Terrific staff and very nice rooms. Felt clean, maintained, and elevated. Balcony and fireplace both nice options. Staff were beyond excellent. Elliot and Brook checked us in and were really great. Brook text to check on us and Elliot helped us with check in and later food/drinks. Great locations.
