Clean, Private, Pet-friendly Family Getaway

Hello and welcome to my family’s cabin.

This cozy cabin is the ideal summer getaway. It sits on 1 acre of land and just minutes away from shopping, dining and recreation. It offers fully furnished kitchen, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, horseshoe pit, outside seating areas with firepit, enclosed dog kennel and 2 car covered parking.

The cabin was built by my parents in 1979. It was our family’s get away from Yuma’s summer heat. Once my Dad retired in 1999, it became their summer home. My Dad passed away in 2013 and my Mom in 2019. Not being at a point in our lives to utilize it as much as we would like, it was decided to renovate and allow other families to enjoy vacationing here with the all comforts of home.

This Cabin has very special memories to my parents, my brother, 5 grandchildren, myself and all the many friends and family members that spend time here. You may notice some family history, inside the ironing board is the growth chart of my kids along with my niece and nephew. We love the family roots that are here and hope you do too.

On an acre of land, quite and privacy can be expected. We strive to provide an exceptional clean home inside but keep in mind the dirt road and wind may create dust we can’t control between cleanings. Being on a acre of land, expect some outside bugs and ants as we are right on the perimeter of the Sitgreaves National forest. We try to keep the property clean of cactus and over grown grass but at times the fire restrictions don’t allow regular mowing or normal yard maintenance due to potential sparks that may a cause a fire,

We stayed at the cabin for 1 month and it proved ideal for our get-away. Everything was as described and was fully stocked with all our needs. The property was spacious and very quiet, which we really needed. From the covered carport and patio to the well thought-out conveniences, we highly recommend this cabin to a couple or a family with pets. The host was very responsive with any questions we had and provided the best service we’ve experienced so far in our stays in the White Mountain area. We have the greatest confidence that anyone will have the same experience.

Great mini vacation

Our family of 5 had a great time during our stay.We loved the easy check in we had no problems at all. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was also very pet friendly and our dog felt right at home.

Rustic Heber Cabin

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. I especially loved the front porch and the weather was wonderful, nice and cool. Owner was very easy to contact, and answered all of our questions.

Weekend getaway

Great place! Tucked in a few trees with plenty of privacy this comfortable house was the perfect place to get away from it all. The home decor made us feel like part of the family. Plenty of room to rest and relax indoors or out.

Great get-away stay!

The small home fit our needs perfectly. It was our second stay. We love the privacy of the home. The only thing is that the yard needs to be spruced up a bit. And the yard table and chairs are not very beneficial as they are terribly uncomfortable. All in all though it was a great affordable stay!

LOVELY

Prefect little cabin. However if your over 6 ft the beds are a little short. Didn't bother me but my husband đŸ€ŁđŸ˜¶đŸ€Ł. My little one just loved the deck. Its just a perfect little cabin for Arizona. Very blessed to have stayed there.

Just like we expected

The cabin was just as we expected. Very clean and comfortable. The neighbor dog Smokey was very friendly with us and our dog. Stefany was very patient with our questions and answered them all. We recommend this place.

Great little getaway!

This place was incredible. Everything we accidentally forgot at home was already at the house/cabin, and it was just so relaxing! The outdoor seating was amazing, and the inside of the cabin was open and spacious and had just a wonderful feeling!

HUNTING AND RELAXING

Went hunting with my brother the first for days. Then got my wife and stayed the last three nights. The cabin was very quite and comfortable. We had a great stay and I got my elk. Nice location for hunting fishing and relaxing. THANK YOU SO MUCH

A quiet retreat

We had a great stay at this lovely cabin that was reasonably priced. It had comfortable beds and was well equipped with extra items like fans for each bedroom, which is so nice. We didn't use the AC but were glad to have it especially after this summer's record heat. The best part was the quiet; we sat on the porch for hours and it was very peaceful.

Good owner

The owner has done an excellent job of having things you may need at the property. Kitchen was tiny, but extremely well appointed. Lots of thought has gone into having games , outside activities, etc.. We came to enjoy the National Forest ona side by side, so location was excellent. They even provided dog bowls!
