A cosy holiday home in Swedish style with terrace, garden, rowing boat and canoe close to the lake, the surrounding lakes invite you to relaxing and varied swimming and fishing trips, explore the unspoilt nature of Norrland on extensive walks and enjoy the wonderful lake view from your terrace during a cosy barbecue evening after an eventful day.
The house was completely renovated by the landlord in 2016 and furnished in a cosy Swedish style. Four people and a small child will find everything they need for a holiday on approx. 94mÂČ. From the entrance area with cloakroom you enter the large, cosy kitchen. This is fully equipped with all the important kitchen utensils. There is also a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and much more. The dining table invites you to eat together after preparing and cooking. From the kitchen you enter the cosy living room, where a seating area with fireplace and satellite TV invites you to linger. Next door you will find the sauna to relax and unwind. There is also a bright shower room with WC. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the two separate bedrooms with sloping ceilings are located. Both rooms are bright and cosy. While the first bedroom has a queen-size bed (140x200cm), the second bedroom has a double bed. There is also the option of placing a cot in the second bedroom. A washing machine completes the offer in the house.
The property is 2,600mÂČ in size and is partially fenced in. Relax and enjoy sociable evenings on the very well-kept and partially covered terrace. A canoe is available from 1 April to 30 September (subject to change depending on the weather) for two people at a time.
Bicycles can be used free of charge. The house is heated with wood from the kitchen. This can be purchased (a so-called Narag heater). Since 2017, a changing table (up to 15kg) has also been available in the house.
You are about 50 metres from the lake and have a direct view of the lake. Fishing is permitted in the lake and is free of charge. A beautiful bathing area with beach, jetty and jumping facilities is approx. 900 metres away. The village of Hedekas is approx. seven kilometres away for smaller purchases. In FÀrgelande, 25 km away, there are two supermarkets, a medical centre, bank, post office, hairdresser, tanning salon and restaurants. The golf course is approx. 30 kilometres away. You will enjoy the many lakes in the surrounding area. They invite you to enjoy varied and relaxing swimming and fishing trips. The neighbouring KynnefjÀll brings you closer to the nature of Norrland. The BohuslÀden hiking trail runs here. Hiking opportunities are within easy reach all around.
