Lovely home in HEEL with house sea view

This spacious villa for 6 people in Heel is located in a quiet, naturally situated park in central Limburg near Roermond. The villa is built entirely of wood and has a lovely terrace overlooking the water and the sandy beach. On the ground floor is the living room with spacious open-plan kitchen with high ceilings and lots of light. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will also find 2 bedrooms with 2 single box spring beds on the ground floor and a luxurious bathroom with bath and hand shower and a separate shower. There is a separate toilet and a storage room in the hallway. Upstairs is the other bedroom with 2 box-spring beds for 1 person, a 2nd toilet and additional storage space.



The surrounding area invites you to explore on foot, by bike or from the water. In the immediate vicinity you will find the so-called Maas lakes, with an area of 3,000 hectares the largest contiguous water sports area in the Netherlands. Here you can go sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and swimming. Visit the historic town of Stevensweert and the white town of Thorn. You can stroll and shop in Roermond and Maastricht. Visit the Toverland theme park in Sevenum with your children. This amusement park is interesting all year round as a large number of attractions are covered. Also enjoy a trip to the GaiaZOO in Kerkrade, one of the most beautiful zoos in the Benelux.

Great location for cycling with kids

House is big and nicely placed next to water (mind the mosquitoes at night). Good shower, laundry on site, had to make our own beds(!). Wider caravan park it is situated on was a bit quiet/dilapidated though kids enjoyed it. Surrounding area lovely.

Sehr schön mit Haken

Die Villa bietet viel Raum und ist gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sollte man in einen leistungsfähigen Internet Anschluss investieren. Es war nur bedingt möglich zu 2 im Internet zu surfen. Ist für uns ein Unding. Eine andere notwendige Verbesserung sind définitif die Betten/Matratzen.
