Lavish breakfast and good location

Good comfortable place to stay in terms of location. Lavish breakfast spread. Comfortable parking. A bit tricky.. enter left just before the hotel entrance( kind of hidden) you may have to use the elevator to go to -2 but make sure you check in first as you need the access card to enter the parking. We choose castle view room . But was ok .

The woman at the desk was exceptionally helpful and friendly! The location of the hotel was perfect for shopping and seeing the Christmas markets.

Very nice hotel near the old town area of Heidelberg. Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. Our room was spacious, and quiet. It is a bit of a walk from the main train station but you can take a bus to the hotel. Would stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Nice suite for a family but the room is slightly small when compared with the Hilton next door. Good breakfast. No room service and no phone to communicate with the reception.

Great location to hauptstrasse. Great coffee shop across the street. Parking was handy and location easy to drive too. Parking in basement tight but completely manageable for smaller car.
