Apartment Fleesensee Luxury is a luxury maisonette arranged over 2 floors. This 3-room apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom can accommodate 4 people, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 95m2. The maisonette is located on the ground floor of the apartment building, situated on the resort’s lovely boulevard. Here you can also find the restaurants, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the supermarket and bike hire.



The stylish lounge is located on the ground floor and has a dining area and a seating area with a television. There is also an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with luxury appliances such as a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet and storage area too. The balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture is the perfect place to enjoy the view across the Ruhr valley.



A staircase leads up to the first floor. Here you have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, television and wardrobe. The other bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a hot tub, separate shower, washbasin and a private sauna. There is a separate toilet on the first floor too.



You can also enjoy free WiFi in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car in the main car park a short walk away.



General information: The location of the Dormio Eifeler Tor Resort makes it unsuitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
