Villa Chiemsee, a comfortable villa at Dormio Eifeler Tor Resort, can accommodate 8 people. The detached villa has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation has 3 floors, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 115m2.



The basement of the villa has 2 twin bedrooms, each of which has a television From the bedroom, you can access a patio where you can completely unwind and enjoy the surrounding nature. There is also a bathroom with a bath, separate shower, washbasin and a separate toilet.



The spacious lounge on the ground floor has a stylish seating area with television. From the lounge, there is access to the spacious balcony, equipped with outdoor furniture. The open kitchen with dining area has luxury appliances such as a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. There is also a separate toilet and storage area on this floor.



The first floor has another 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom, with a shower, washbasin and toilet.



You can also enjoy free WiFi in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car in the main car park a short walk away.



General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Some of the Chiemsee Villas can only be accessed by means of stairs (a few steps). Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
