The breakfast section would need to be little more optional and little hotter. Recommended to add creamers options with flavors for coffee. The bathroom need to be updated since I have noticed some minimal damage at bath tub corner and mirror seemed got some rust. Toilet paper seems put wrong place which it makes it little harder to reach while using the toilet. Recommend to move toilet paper to right position Overall not bad staying at this hotel.

Nice easy stay was very clean and quiet. They also had a decent free breakfast. Friendly staff and willing to help with suggestions on where to go and even provided us with push sticks for the river tubing.

As soon as you walk in the reception area, it smells fresh and clean.The room was nicely made. My family and I had a beautiful view and could see a mountain. The bathroom door would not open all the way which made it a bit inconvenient. But, the hotel is quiet and safe and in a nice area.The pool was really cold since it's an indoor pool, so we couldn't enjoy it. But, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Helen.

The morning staff are awful and rude. The place smells like an ashtray as well as the morning staff smells of smoke also. Overpriced and not as nice as advertised online. Stay clear of this place. It has possibility only if morning staff were clean and professional.
