Excellent location, safe and quiet. Dog friendly with a dog park right next to the river. On the pricey side for bringing your dog as they charge per day and not a one time charge. Everything in Helen is easy walking distance for shopping and dinning.

Rooms was very nice. Clean and neat. Shower is walk-in which is very safe. A wonderful location directly on the river. Very enjoyable stay. Will come here again.

The bed was extremely hard, but the room was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We've stayed before and can see many updates. It was a nice stay.

Ok if on a budget and need dog friendly.

Extremely dated kitchen and furniture, downstairs bathroom you could not close the door with out hitting knees if you were sitting on the toilet (I’m only 5’8”) carpet had holes in it going up the steps. Downstairs subfloor needs work as there are a few uneven areas.

The bed was very firm and the pillows were flat and hard. Sounded like a lot of foot stomping all hours of day and night. Not sure if it was maintenance in back hallway or people in room above us. Love the location, room was clean and staff was exceptional.

I stayed for a night for a convention. Bed was comforatable, room was extremely clean, check in was easy. I loved the access to the river and the many sitting areas on the river.

We stayed in the cabins, and arrived the night of a pretty bad storm. Staff were very aware of the storm and suggested (due to flooding of the river) that we should park in main lot, not near our cabin due to possibly getting stuck. Cabin was laid out nicely, and furniture was comfortable. Beds were great, soft and we all slept very well. Kitchen stocked well with things needed, fridge clean. There was a lot of "fixes" that should be looked at. Door to upstairs bathroom had gap, allowing outsiders to see in. There was a lightbulb out and a missing sink plug (with a toothpaste cap stuck down inside it). Downstairs bathroom wouldn't shut fully, so we had to use trash can to keep closed when inside. Had a separate door for toilet room but no leg room to sit down on toilet, so couldn't close it. Kitchen table was large and would seat up to 8 ppl. Very "sticky" coating, hard to clean.

My Sweetie and I came down a week ago to celebrate our birthdays. We just wanted to be low key, lazy and enjoy each other. The location was quiet and so beautiful by the river. Everything was in walking distance and there were ample restaurants to choose from. Dope spot and will definitely return.

Overall the stay was very nice. Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. If I had anything to offer some advice on it would be this, when you give the guest a frozen bfast sandwich/burrito you might want to actually tell them how long they need to cook it for in the microwave. I got mine and the writing on the packaging was so small it was almost impossible to read. Needless to say it was not edible afterwards and I just settled for some grits and a muffin.
